Yendo al Sur... is the sequel of a transcontinental trip that in July 2005 took two of our current crew members (Gerardo Milans from Uruguay and Roberto Aguero from Argentina) from Los Angeles to Buenos Aires in one and a half month adventure through some of the most beautiful and challenging places on earth, a unique region of the planet where past and present coexist in a fragile delicate balance fueled by history and politics, war and peace, poverty and riches, traditions and intrusions as plentiful and complex as the land itself.

Gerardo and Roberto returned from this life-changing experience with luring tales about their trek and by doing so, they provided the inspiration for "Yendo al Sur", a new journey that will take five old friends thru 14000 miles of multicultural encounters, diverse climates and topographies, 'old' history and 'new' politics. A journey to surely fill us all with sights, sounds and lifetime memories to be shared with you through these pages.
